Getting Started
Install the Callva app and we'll guide you through call forwarding setup. Set up forwarding from your existing number to your AI number and you're ready to go.
Yes, you can connect in two ways. ① Change your listed number: Update the phone number on Naver Place, Kakao Map, etc. to your Callva number and continue using your existing phone normally. ② Set up call forwarding: Forward calls from your existing phone to your Callva number. Note that in this case, your existing phone can only make outgoing calls—incoming calls will go to Callva. When a direct connection is needed, calls are routed to a separate number like your mobile.
Yes, you need to install the Callva app. The app guides you through call forwarding setup and lets you check call logs and manage your business information.
Yes, it operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Customer calls are answered even on holidays and late at night.
Features & Quality
We use the latest large language models (LLMs) for natural conversation. However, complex or sensitive questions are forwarded to the business owner directly.
Automatic reservation booking is currently in development. When a reservation inquiry comes in, we either connect directly to the manager or send a notification.
On all plans, Callva identifies the customer's request and connects them directly to the owner's mobile phone. Sensitive or personal information inquiries are also forwarded to the owner.
Currently only Korean is supported for voice calls. Multi-language support is planned for future updates.
All calls come with both voice recordings and text transcriptions. You can review recordings and text summaries on the dashboard. Important items can also be received as real-time notifications.

Plans differ in call duration and features. • Basic: 3 min/call, 150 min/mo, 7-day recording storage • Pro: 7 min/call, 500 min/mo, 30-day recording storage, 3 concurrent calls, VIP management • Business: Unlimited per-call duration, 1,500 min/mo, unlimited recording storage, 10 concurrent calls
It varies by plan. Basic allows 3 min/call, Pro allows 7 min/call, and Business is unlimited. When the limit is exceeded, we attempt to connect to the owner.
No. It's a no-contract monthly subscription—cancel anytime without penalties.
Simply disable call forwarding when you cancel. You can continue using your existing number as before.
Important Notes
With call forwarding enabled, your existing phone can only make outgoing calls—incoming calls go to Callva AI. When a direct connection is needed, calls are routed to a separate number like your mobile. If you change your Naver/Kakao listed number to the Callva number, you can keep using your existing phone normally.
Yes, all calls are voice recorded. Recordings are also transcribed to text and available on the dashboard. Storage duration varies by plan (Basic: 7 days, Pro: 30 days, Business: unlimited).
Personal information, payment details, complex complaints—AI doesn't answer these directly. They're forwarded to the business owner immediately.
AI only responds based on business information set by the owner. For unknown topics, it doesn't guess—it connects to the owner. All call contents are reviewable on the dashboard.
